My Practice

I help organisations build the relational and systemic capabilities that make everything else possible. I work with leadership and their teams to surface what's actually happening in their system - the patterns, tensions, and assumptions that shape how decisions get made and how change unfolds.

My work starts with what's present but often invisible: the relational dynamics, communication breakdowns, and structural tensions that either enable or block adaptive capacity. I work with both cognitive and embodied awareness, and help create the conditions for teams and leaders to not only see but also feel their system clearly, shift how they relate to each other and their work, and build the capabilities needed to navigate ongoing change.

The Challenge You're Facing

In practice: Your team is navigating transformation - whether that's technology adoption, culture change, scaling, or mission alignment - and the process feels stuck, slow, or misaligned.

In experience: It feels isolating, exhausting, and frustrating. The creative energy that once flowed feels blocked. You're working harder but feeling less connected to each other and to what matters.

At stake: Every team deserves to experience the magic of collective intelligence - the deep humanity and strength that emerges when we work through differences together. That's not just nice to have, it's essential for meaningful work.

I help you reconnect to that power.

Three Interconnected areas:

Leadership Development

Cultivating the social, emotional and collective intelligence leaders need to navigate uncertainty, hold complexity, and lead from clarity and purpose.

Team Synergy

Strengthening the relational field within teams to unlock collective intelligence, deepen collaboration, and amplify shared impact.

Purpose & Culture Evolution

Aligning organisational purpose with operations in practice, fostering cultures of trust, learning and continuous adaptation where change is deeply embedded, effective and enduring.

What This Enables

When Leadership, Team dynamics and culture work are in concert, organisations develop as living, adaptive systems.

This integration makes it possible to:

  • Align purpose, values and culture through transitions and growth

  • Navigate change and complexity with confidence and creativity

  • Foster trust and collaboration across diverse and intercultural contexts

  • Embrace tension and difference as generative forces

  • Build adaptive capacity and collective resilience

  • Cultivate feedback-rich, equitable and accountable cultures

  • Develop more inclusive communication across different thinking styles

How I Work:

I partner with organisations, leaders and their teams, and design customised development pathways.

My approach typically unfolds as follows:

  • I begin with an assessment through 1-on-1 conversations, diagnostic tools, stakeholder interviews, and questionnaires, where I learn more about the team and the organisation. This phase is focused on building connection, rapport, and psychological safety, while also recognising the system’s needs, strengths, and challenges within its current context. I aim to uncover leadership, team, and organisational dynamics, challenges, hopes, and aspirations, and set a path and scope for change.

  • Based on insights and topics gathered during the Meet phase, I design custom workshops and coaching sessions, drawing from a multi-method approach (see more on the tools I use below). I stay true to the organisation's context, meeting the team and leaders where they are, creating meaningful spaces that support both inner and outer development, experiential learning, and deep and embodied transformation. Here, I uncover underlying dynamics, hidden assumptions, and systemic patterns within the team or organisation. This stage is about inquiring into the present reality and becoming aware of the action logic that guides decisions.

Together, we experiment and expand in an iterative process, bringing diverse and divergent perspectives to the room to explore purpose and change on both an individual and collective level.

  • Once we have worked together with your leaders and teams to uncover existing relationship dynamics and explore new perspectives and possibilities together, we focus on aligning individual and collective goals, values, and strategies to foster cohesion and forward momentum.

The goal is to design a strong team and leadership culture that moves from reactive to creative, enabling the organisation to support change implementation, navigate conflict, and build strong interpersonal relationships. This requires an awareness to self-correct and adapt as needed, ensuring that all voices are heard and that the group moves forward with clarity and shared purpose.

  • I support the integration of new rituals, practices, behaviours, and frameworks into the organisation's daily operations. This phase is about taking intentional, aligned actions based on the insights gained in earlier stages. The outcomes of these actions are observed and used as feedback for ongoing inquiry, creating a continuous loop of action, reflection, and learning.

I help to equip leaders and their teams to embody, sustain, and evolve these practices independently, carrying forward the skills and insights needed for continued adaptation, appropriation and learning.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Systems coaching works with teams and organisations as whole systems, not just individuals.

I help teams and organisations see the patterns, dynamics and structures that shape how they work together, using a hybrid of coaching and consulting.

As a coach, I hold space for you to see your system clearly - surfacing tensions and what's actually at stake.

As a consultant, I bring tools, frameworks and content expertise to support the change you're working toward.

My expertise draws from creative and impact strategy, sustainability and technology transitions, systems thinking, and organisational dynamics.

For complex transformations, I collaborate with other practitioners - bringing in specialists in areas like AI, regenerative business, or design as needed.

We work together to understand root causes (not just symptoms), define what success looks like, moving from insights to deep and lasting behavioural change.and creating pathways to tangible outcomes and results.

  • I work with founders and leadership teams navigating growth or transformation, creative and impact-driven organisations building adaptive cultures, multicultural teams operating across borders, and scale-ups or established organisations at inflection points. My clients are often dealing with complexity - whether that's rapid growth, cultural change, AI transformation, or navigating uncertainty.

  • Executive coaching is 1-on-1 work with individual leaders to develop their leadership capacity, navigate challenges, and achieve their goals. Team coaching works with an intact team as a system - the whole team is the client. I help the team improve how they work together, surface dynamics, build trust, and strengthen their collective intelligence and performance.

  • Both. I work online for ongoing coaching and virtual facilitation, in-person for workshops and offsites across Europe, and in hybrid formats that blend both. Based in Amsterdam, I regularly travel for in-person engagements and work virtually with international teams across time zones.

  • I coach and facilitate in both English and French, and regularly work with multilingual and multicultural teams. I'm experienced in creating spaces where different languages, communication styles and cultural contexts can be integrated.description

  • It depends on the scope. Executive coaching engagements are typically 3-6 months. Team coaching or organisational change programs usually run 6-18 months. Specialised transformation programs addressing complex themes like AI transformation or regenerative business often span 12-18+ months and involve multiple work streams.

  • I bring together systems thinking, learning design, and creative strategy - not just coaching or consulting. I focus on building internal capacity, not creating dependency. My work emphasises developing systems literacy and fluency so teams and organisations can continue evolving after our engagement ends. I also bring deep cross-cultural capacity and the ability to work across languages and contexts.

  • That's completely normal. Book a free 30-minute introduction call and we can explore your situation together. I'll help you get clarity on what kind of support would be most valuable - whether that's coaching, facilitation, a learning program, or something else entirely.

  • Get in touch or book an introduction call. We'll have a conversation about your context, challenges and goals, and explore how we might work together.

  • Both. For individual coaching, team coaching, and facilitation work, I typically work directly with clients. For more complex organisational transformations or specialised programs, I often partner with other change-makers, strategists, facilitators, coaches, consultants and subject-matter experts depending on the topic or need.

This collaborative approach allows me to design comprehensive programs - from coaching journeys and team offsites to multi-day transformation programs and sustained change initiatives - while bringing in deep expertise across domains like AI, sustainability, design, or regenerative business. The goal is always to create the right team of practitioners to serve the specific context and challenge.
