I help leaders, teams and organisations navigate complexity and build the relational and systemic capacity to evolve together with intention.
The Path Here
My practice draws on eighteen years at the intersection of creative strategy, learning design and organisational development - leading diverse teams, directing complex projects across global agencies and brands, and designing transformative learning programs that build systems thinking literacy and capability, shifting how people think, work and collaborate.
This work revealed that the most critical organisational challenges aren't technical - they're human and relational. This insight led me to deepen my practice through training in Co-Active Coaching (CTI), Regenerative Leadership, Learning Design and Didactics in Higher Education, and I'm currently certifying in Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC).
I also develop and teach courses on Sustainable Leadership, Systems Thinking and impact-driven innovation - connecting technology, twin transitions and sustainability - at HU University of Applied Sciences in Utrecht.
I work in both English and French, online and in-person, coaching and facilitating across Benelux, UK, Asia and beyond.
