Hi, I’m Naomi
I am a coach and facilitator, change-maker, creative strategist and project enabler, with hands-on experience in building multicultural teams and leading diverse projects from startups to global clients.
I bring a rich blend of practical know-how, compassionate accountability and visionary insight, and draw on over eighteen years of creative expertise, shaped by work with global agencies and brands. My passion lies in facilitating transformative experiences and deep learning processes that empower individuals, teams and organisations to rethink leadership, purpose and the role of creativity to embrace meaningful change. I also teache part-time in Creative Business and Sustainability studies, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to education.
I am trained in Co-Active Coaching (CTI), Regenerative Leadership, and am currently certifying in Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC). I bring a thoughtful, personal and holistic approach to my work with individuals and organisations. Above all, I am driven by a love for helping others create purposeful and regenerative futures.
