Hi, I'm Naomi

I help leaders, teams and organisations navigate complexity and build the relational and systemic capacity to evolve together with alignment and intention.

The Path Here

My practice draws on eighteen+ years at the intersection of creative strategy, design, leadership and culture, with a deepening focus on sustainability, regenerative leadership and digital technology transitions. I have led diverse teams across global agencies and brands, directed complex projects, and designed transformative learning programmes that build systems thinking literacy and capability.

Throughout my career, my work has revealed that the most critical organisational challenges aren't technical, they're human and relational. After 15 years in the creative industry, eventually leading international teams and complex projects, I decided to pursue a sustainability-focused MBA (University of Exeter), deepen my leadership capability and practice through Co-Active Coaching (CTI), complete Regenerative Leadership training, and certify in Learning Design and Didactics in Higher Education. I also trained and am currently certifying in Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC). I actively practise Process Work and Deep Democracy methodologies, with a particular focus on power dynamics and cross-cultural facilitation.

I design and deliver courses on Sustainable Leadership, Regenerative Business, Systems Thinking and Technology Transitions at bachelor and master levels at HU University of Applied Sciences in Utrecht. I also work with academic institutions and executive education programmes on workshop facilitation, curriculum and learning design.

I work in both English and French (native bilingual fluency), online and in-person, coaching and facilitating internationally across Europe, UK, and Asia. Based in Amsterdam and relocating to France in Summer 2026.

  • Coaching co-founders and leadership teams in impact-driven and sustainability-focused organisations, focusing on strategic alignment, conflict navigation, and vision development

  • Facilitating multi-day off-sites and team intervisions in the creative and social justice spaces on key internal team development topics and themes
