I help leaders, teams, creative rebels and changemakers strengthen the human systems at the heart of their work.
Organisations, teams, and leaders are living systems, always in motion, shaped by internal dynamics and external forces. Lasting change happens not through strategy alone, but by tending to the relational foundations beneath it.
I am a bilingual French-English systems coach and creative facilitator with 18+ years at the intersection of creative strategy, design, leadership and culture. I specialise in working with leaders, teams and changemakers navigating complex transitions: scaling, shifting culture, adopting new technology, pursuing sustainability commitments, or reconnecting to organisational purpose.
A portion of my work is offered at reduced or pro-bono rates for impact-driven organisations and social change initiatives working toward a more creative, life-affirming world.

How we Begin
Most engagements start with a 30-minute discovery conversation to explore your context and goals.
Typical Engagements:
Executive Coaching: 3-6 months, bi-weekly sessions
Team Coaching: 6-12 months, bi-weekly/monthly work + half-day/full day immersion workshops
Transformation Programs: 12-18 months, integrated approach
Off-sites: 1-3 days, standalone or part of ongoing work
