I am a bilingual French-English systems coach and organisational change facilitator with 18+ years at the intersection of creative strategy, sustainability, and leadership development. Most engagements start with a 30-minute discovery conversation to explore your context and goals.
Typical Engagements:
Executive Coaching: 3-6 months, bi-weekly sessions
Team Coaching: 6-12 months, bi-weekly/monthly work + half-day/full day immersion workshops
Transformation Programs: 12-18 months, integrated approach
Off-sites: 1-3 days, standalone or part of ongoing work
