I am a bilingual French-English systems coach and organisational change facilitator with 18+ years at the intersection of creative strategy, sustainability, and leadership development. I specialise in facilitating strategic transformation for leadership teams navigating the intersection of technology adoption, sustainability commitments, organisational purpose, and culture change.

How We Begin:

Most engagements start with a 30-minute discovery conversation to explore your context and goals.

Typical Engagements:

  • Executive Coaching: 3-6 months, bi-weekly sessions

  • Team Coaching: 6-12 months, bi-weekly/monthly work + half-day/full day immersion workshops

  • Transformation Programs: 12-18 months, integrated approach

  • Off-sites: 1-3 days, standalone or part of ongoing work
